REVEALING “A FACT” ABOUT THE RUSSIAN / UKRAINE WAR – 26

This conflict is very multi-faceted and has many dimensions, moving parts and agendas to it.
Much of this has been due to some additional complex political corruption contributed from the west, in particular, United States politicians and the C.I.A. It would seem everyone has their hand in the “Ukrainian pot.” That is what makes this war so unfortunate and complicated. Since the invasion of Crimea back in 2014 this war has escalated over the last three years. And a lot of disinformation has emerged, which makes it difficult to ferret out the truth. What we do know is currently, a temporary limited cease fire agreement has been put in place. It’s primarily an agreement not to hit each others infrastructure. Specifically, power plants and electric grids. If that gets done, they will move onto a potential halt in the fighting on the Black Sea and then move to a full ceasefire and peace agreement, according to USA Today’s reporting.
So, at this stage the White House is claiming Putin immediately agreed to a proposed 30-day halt on all energy infrastructure targets, a prisoner exchange of about 175 people and an additional 23 severely injured Ukrainian soldiers. Both the USA and Russia plan to lay out the structure for the peace deal this week of 3-24-25. This is not going to be an easy task since Russian seized territories and Ukraine’s desire to have NATO membership are probably the biggest obstacles to a lasting peace agreement.
Though much of this war operates under the perceived threat of Russia wanting to reconstruct itself to its former Soviet Union status, some think that is an exaggeration––and Putin has no such ambition. Instead, the idea Russia is actually the good guy by destroying all the US Pentagon sponsored Bio-labs and take down all the human trafficking and money laundering activity––this is what really underscores Putin’s escalation to invade Ukraine. Of course, this idea was immediately challenged by the western nations as Russian disinformation. The Pentagon for years denied the existence of any Bio-labs in Ukraine (link #1)
However, it does appear there are multiple Bio-labs supported by the United States Government and the Department of Defense inside Ukraine (Link #2). So, the real question surrounding these labs becomes: are they for the development of biological weapons? The Russians say yes, while the United States says no. But, back in March of 2022 Russia’s defense and foreign ministries claimed, the US was indeed, funding bioweapons research in Ukraine! Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign ministry, called out the US to come clean after obtaining documents, proving the Ukrainian Government ordered the destruction of all kinds of pathogens like cholera, anthrax, even the plague, after Russian forces moved into Ukraine.
Both China and Russia have requested information explaining just what the United States is doing with these Bio-labs. Much of this is due to a leaked paper disclosing sensitive information about a signed agreement between Ukraine and the United States obligating Ukraine to transfer these dangerous pathogens to the US DOD for biological research!
But, the USA insists these multiple laboratories are actually owned and operated by Ukraine, not the USA, and all the information about them has ben made public and shared with the Pentagon––but, why is that? The Pentagon (military) has partnered with Ukraine since 2005 in a program called, The Biological Threat Reduction Program. The purpose of this program was to assure peaceful support for safe biological detection and diagnostic capabilities; intending to reduce the threats posed by these dangerous pathogens. (link #3A & B) Interestingly enough, the USA is emphatic, these Bio-labs are simply civilian health labs to help prevent, or at least mitigate via detection, the spread of infectious diseases.
And so originally the argument was the USA had no Bio-labs in Ukraine. Then the USA changed their story, admitted they had multiple labs in Ukraine; but they were owned and operated by Ukraine, intended exclusively, to be civilian health labs. Russia claims, based on documents they have, this wasn’t true. Instead, these Bio-labs were researching a means to weaponize these pathogens allegedly, as mentioned; according to the documentation the Russians obtained!
Clearly, it is a curious observation that if these labs are just for researching civilian health issuesand are owned and operated by Ukraine, why is the Ukrainian government sending all the data to the Pentagon, which is a military operation in the USA? Remember, the Biological Threat Reduction Program, agreed in 2005, to have obligated Ukraine to share their research with the the Pentagon. Obviously, this presents some serious questions as to why would Ukraine be sharing their research of these pathogens with the United States military? And how much involvement does the C.I.A. have in this transfer of data Ukraine is obligated to share with the USA? (Links #4 & #5).
Recently, President Trump’s administration has “paused” the sharing of intelligence and has decided to re-evaluate its collaboration with Ukraine. Needless-to-say, this has not been viewed very favorably by some. However, it does have some value in that, if there is collusion with the USA and Ukraine participating in this malfeasance that has been going on, including human trafficking and money laundering––then perhaps, this period of time to reassess the situation will put a stop to that, resulting in a new approach of co-operation to hammer out a peace deal. Time will tell on that. (link #6)
But, for the meantime, “wars and rumor of wars” continue in the day and age we are living in and the stakes are becoming more dangerously jeopardizing! This particular conflict has the potential of escalating into WW3 if these leaders become careless and/or selfish with their negotiations. It would be wise for all of us Christians to pray that God will give them wisdom and prudence as they attempt to bring this war to closure. It certainly would be best for the greater whole of mankind!
